"Today was a long day I had caught a flat on my way in to work this morning so I called road side assistance and a man shows up and couldn’t get the job done so I called for a tow which they tried charging me 200 to take me 4 blocks away so I tried road side assistance again and they link me with woodruff and the lady Angela they sent out came through and save the day after a long 9 hours of been on the side of the road and even taught me a trick or two on changing tires and what to look for that lady needs a RAISE and she was very patient with me big thanks to her and the company 10/10 I recommend"
"i had a great experience, I would recommend Woodruff Roadside to everyone. Griff was the name to the gentleman that came to help us, he went way above the call of duty. We had a blow out it was pouring down rain and cold. I had my grandbaby with me who was crying non stop. Griff showed up in less than 15 minutes. I had no idea I did not have a spare. We called around to get a tire but nobody wanted to sell a single tire, regardless I could not afford even one tire. Griff Took us over to IHOP so I could get the baby to stop crying as it was stressing me out. He then got on the phone and found us a tire and went and picked it up. When we returned to my jeep I had locked the keys in my car. He reassured me it was fine and he unlocked my car. He was so polite and understanding, I could tell he was missing out on business as his phone kept going off but he reassured me he would not leave us stranded. this was an amazing experience."
